Instrument structure

lExtractor: consisting of a flask and a heating unit, with a flask volume of 500ml; The heating part consists of an electric heating wire wound around the lower end.

lColumn shaped drip funnel: used to add hot toluene, anhydrous ethanol, and other reagents for quantitative liquid separation.

lCondenser: It condenses the distilled gas.

lWater volume regulating valve: The water inlet of the water volume regulating valve is connected to tap water, the water outlet is connected to the water inlet of the condenser, and the water outlet of the condenser is connected to the sewer. Adjust the water inflow of the condenser through this valve.

lThermostatic electric furnace: used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated.

lGlass container: with a capacity of 1000ml, it is used to heat the test solution that needs to be heated.

lTriangular flask: A ground triangular flask used to receive the solution discharged from the flask.

lTriangular bottle stopper: The stopper of a triangular bottle.

l2-core aluminum plug: working power plug for extractor heating wire.

Note: The voltage adjustment knob 1 (voltage adjustment knob 2) must be adjusted slowly to make the voltage rise slowly. Sudden increase in voltage is not allowed to prevent damage to the device.
