ST-HG Sampler Divider

Horizontal format sampler divider, also known as slot type sampler, has a simple and practical structure, with grooves arranged in a straight line. Widely applicable for sampling of granular samples such as soybeans, rice, wheat, corn, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use, uniform mixing, and small sampling error.

The principle of horizontal format sampler divider: By sorting one or more times, an equal and uniform amount of one or more seed samples are obtained. The structure is simple and practical, and the grooves are arranged in a straight line. When the seeds are poured into the instrument from above, a series of cross opposite direction slides are used to divide the sample into two equal parts.

Usage:

1.Place the two adapters of the slot type sampler at the two discharge ports, and use the third adapter to hold the sample to be separated.

2.The sample in the receiver must be scraped flat, kept horizontal, and evenly poured into the sampler from the feeding port, otherwise it will cause sampling errors.

3.After pouring all the samples into the sampler, remove the lower receiver.

4.The separated samples can be mixed again and the above operation can be repeated.
