2.5-10 high-temperature ash separation furnace (resistance furnace)
The 1000 ℃ box type resistance furnace (ash separation furnace) is a periodic operation electric furnace that can be used for chemical analysis, physical measurement, and heating of general small steel parts in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, and other units. This series of resistance furnaces is equipped with a temperature controller and a nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple, which can measure, indicate, and automatically control the furnace temperature.
Technical parameters:
Power supply voltage: 380V
Rated power: 8KW
Rated temperature: 1000 ℃
Workplace size: 400 × 250 × 160mm (height × width × depth)
External dimensions: 500 × 460 × 630 mm (height × width × depth)

Workplace size | 400 × 250 × 160mm (height × width × depth) |
External dimensions | 500 × 460 × 630 mm (height × width × depth) |
Structure Introduction:
The shell of this series of resistance furnaces is made of thin steel plates that have been folded and welded, and the surface is treated with baking paint. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of silicon refractory material.
Spiral heating elements made of iron chromium aluminum alloy are threaded into the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the inner furnace lining. The furnace lining is a sealed structure.
The door bricks of the electric furnace are made of lightweight refractory materials, and the insulation layer between the inner lining and the furnace shell is made of refractory fibers and expanded perlite products.
K-type (nickel chromium nickel silicon thermocouple) thermocouple is used for temperature measurement, which is inserted through the thermocouple hole behind the electric furnace and fixed by a fixed seat. Users can control the changes in heating time and temperature. High temperature control accuracy and convenient operation.
