SH407 X-ray Fluorescence Sulfur Analyzer
The SH407 X-ray fluorescence sulfur analyzer adopts the principle of energy dispersion and is designed with an integrated mechanical and electrical microcomputer for fast and accurate analysis. Its repeatability and reproducibility meet the relevant requirements of the national standards GB/T 17040-2008 "Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products (Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy)" and GB/T 11140-1989 "Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products (X-ray Spectroscopy)" GB/T17606 Determination of Sulfur Content in Crude Oil by Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy, and fully comply with the requirements of the American National Standard ASTMD4294-02.
The SH407 fluorescence sulfur analyzer mainly measures the total sulfur mass percentage content of crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline, and naphtha. It can also measure the total sulfur or sulfur compound content in coal chemical products (such as primary benzene) and other liquid samples; It can also be used to determine the total sulfur or SO3 content in fine powder samples, etc Complies with GB/T17606.
Main technical features
● Using the fluorescence intensity ratio analysis method, the detection variety is wide, the detection range is wide, the analysis speed is fast, and the standard sample consumption is low.
● Adopting an integrated mechanical and electrical microcomputer design, with LCD display and human-machine dialogue interface, it has automatic diagnostic function, determines the working status and electrical parameters of the instrument, automatically corrects temperature and air pressure, and can also correct the carbon hydrogen ratio (C/H).
● Using disposable Mylar film sample cups can avoid cross contamination.
● Safe X-ray protection measures, rigorously tested, and have no harm to individuals or groups from X-ray electrical radiation.
