ST001E Fully Automatic Whiteness Colorimeter
ST001E fully automatic colorimeter is used to measure the whiteness, yellowness, color, and color difference of objects. It can also measure the opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient, and ink absorption value of paper. Widely used in industries such as flour, starch, mineral powder, papermaking, printing, ceramics, chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, building materials, grain, salt production, etc.
Instrument specific functions:
● Measure the color and color difference reflected by the object, which can be displayed or printed: the diffusion reflection factors Rx, Ry, Rz, the stimulus values Y10, 5.10, Z10, and the color coordinate x 10, y10; Lightness L *, color a *, b *, color C * ab, tone angle h * ab, main wave length lambda d, excitation pure Pe, color difference E * ab, brightness difference delta L *, color difference delta C * ab, color difference delta H * ab, Hunt system L, a, b.
● Measurement of ISO brightness (blue brightness R457) and Z brightness (Rz) allows the measurement of the fluorescent brightness produced by emission of a fluorescent substance in a fluorescent brightness sample.

● Measure the ceramic white.

Main performance characteristics:
● The instrument adopts 7.0 inch, 65k color, high definition color LCD touch screen, simple and friendly man-machine interface, simple and convenient operation.
● The instrument has compact structure and novel appearance. One button operation, abandoning the old manual turning hand wheel, automatic switching of light path and automatic positioning, truly realizing the full automatic detection, which not only improves the test efficiency, but also greatly reduces the human error.
● Adopting a 32-bit MCU microcomputer processor, as well as high-speed operational amplifier chips and high-precision ADC converters, advanced circuit design effectively ensures the accuracy and stability of measurement data.
● Instrument simulation of D65 illuminating body illumination. Adopting the CIE 1964 supplementary chromaticity system and the CIE 1976 (L * a * b *) color space color difference formula.
● The instrument observed the geometric conditions with d/o illumination. The diameter of the diffusion ball is 150 mm, the diameter of the test hole is 30 mm, and the light absorption device is set to eliminate the influence of the specular reflection light of the sample.
● Instrument embedded serial thermal printer, need not use ink and color band, work with theout noise, fast printing speed and so on.
● The instrument is equipped with corresponding communication interface, which can cooperate with microcomputer software for communication.
● The instrument has power failure protection, and the calibration data will not be lost after power failure.
● Storage of 9 reference samples.
● With data nonlinear processing and data smooth functions, automatic multi point correction.
● Standard serial RS232 data communication interface, can connect to mini printer.
